Here is an example of a strength and conditioning program for our adult group classes.
Our strength programing is designed for four week blocks broken down into four days. By design, each week builds off of the one before. So, by the time you do "Day 4" for the 4th week, you should be at your best (just in time to switch up the programing again!). Strength classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Conditioning classes are a great way to improve your fitness level outside of strength days. This interval training is different every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
